This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and is designed to give you a clear, honest picture of what to expect. We believe in transparency, so we have laid everything out in plain language. If you ever have a question that is not answered here, our support team is always happy to help.

By placing an order with Nue Essentials LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Order Processing Times

 

Once your order is placed, it enters our processing queue. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) may not begin processing until the following business day.

During high-demand periods — such as sales events, seasonal promotions, or new product launches — processing times may run slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during those times and will always do our best to keep things moving.

You will receive two emails from us: a order confirmation email right after your purchase, and a separate shipping notification with your tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and is on its way.

3. Shipping Times and Estimated Delivery

 

Estimated delivery windows begin after your processing period has ended — they do not start from the moment you place your order. Please keep this in mind when planning around an expected arrival date.

Transit times vary by carrier and destination. The table below outlines our standard shipping estimates for domestic orders.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier transit times can vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather, carrier volume, and regional logistics. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.

 

4. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on several factors, including your order total, the items ordered, and your shipping destination. You will see the exact cost before completing your purchase — no surprises.

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions. If a free shipping offer applies to your order, it will be automatically reflected at checkout.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, regardless of the reason for a return or cancellation.

5. Order Tracking

 

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with the latest scan information. This is completely normal and does not indicate a problem with your shipment.

You can track your order at any time by visiting the carrier's website directly or by using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking information has not updated in 5 or more business days, please reach out to our support team and we will look into it for you.

6. Split Shipments

 

Nue Essentials LLC partners with multiple suppliers and fulfillment centers to bring you a thoughtfully curated product selection. Because of this, orders that include more than one item may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages at different times.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment so you can follow each one.

Receiving part of your order before the rest is perfectly normal — the remaining items are on their way. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

7. Shipping Delays

 

We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, once a package is in the hands of a carrier, some factors fall outside of our control.

Nue Essentials LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

      Severe weather or natural disasters

      High carrier volume during holiday seasons or major sales events

      Customs processing or import procedures

      Carrier service disruptions or logistical issues

      Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, we recommend checking your tracking link first for the most current status. If the issue is not resolved there, please contact our support team and we will do our best to investigate and advocate on your behalf with the carrier.

8. Address Accuracy and Responsibility

 

Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all address information entered at checkout is complete and accurate.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect or intercept a package in transit.

      If your order has not yet shipped: Contact us immediately at shop@nueessentials.com and we will do our best to correct the address before it leaves the warehouse.

      If your order has already shipped: We cannot guarantee that a correction can be made. The customer may be responsible for any re-shipping fees required to resend the package.

Packages that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to a re-shipping fee before they can be resent.

Nue Essentials LLC is not responsible for lost, undeliverable, or misdirected packages that result from an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

We understand how frustrating it is when a package does not arrive as expected, and we want to help as much as we can.

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

1.     Check around your delivery location — front porch, side door, mailbox, or any secure areas where packages may be left.

2.     Check with neighbors or building management, as packages are sometimes left with nearby residents or at a front desk.

3.     Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an inquiry or trace request.

4.     If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Nue Essentials LLC is not liable for packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we are committed to working with you reasonably to help file carrier claims when appropriate.

If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we encourage you to file a report with your local authorities. Nue Essentials LLC is not liable for theft that occurs after confirmed carrier delivery.

10. International Shipping

 

At this time, Nue Essentials LLC primarily ships within the United States. International shipping availability is limited and will be clearly indicated at checkout if it applies to your location.

For international orders, where applicable, please be aware of the following:

      International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's government. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

      International transit times may be significantly longer than domestic estimates and are subject to customs clearance timelines, which can vary widely.

      Nue Essentials LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages held at customs.

11. Undeliverable Packages

 

There are situations where a carrier may be unable to complete delivery and return a package to us. This can happen when:

      The shipping address provided is invalid or unrecognized by the carrier

      Multiple delivery attempts were made with no one available to receive the package

      The customer refused delivery at the time of arrival

If a package is returned to us under any of these circumstances, we will reach out to you. At that point, you may be offered:

      A refund of the item cost, minus the original shipping fee; or

      The option to have the item re-shipped, at the customer's expense for the additional shipping cost.
